Enclosed with the latest isuue of SAMAA News is the 2008 report to the NLDTF on the SAMAA's role in transformation.
It's spectacular, both in the number of disadvantaged citizens involved and in the amount of money spent.
What makes me a little sad though is that there is no mention of the low cost, but equally spectacular efforts of individual clubs. I know for instance that both CRF and JOMAC were active and very successful in this area.

I cant comment because I have not received my SAMAA News for the second month. If possible please put the SAMAA News on the web on the 1st of the month, to help those of us that cant get it thru the post.
I'd like to put the News on the web page on the first of the month. But I'm in the hands of the editor, he must send me the electronic copy. I've also heard, but this is hearsay, that the committee does not want an electronic copy to appear before the paper one.
I anticipated that John but as far as I know the committee is aware that there is a problem with delivery (April meeting). That brings us to the next point: Why have we only seen the minutes of one meeting this Year?
